1. i wouldnt get a pedicure in winter unless i had to show my toes somewhere


2. if i had to show my toes somewhere i would probably do my own pedicure


3. i would if it's warm
in the summer..yea.


in th winter..only if i couldnt wear my shoes. like if i didnt have time for them to dry totally i would. otherwise i owuld wait for them so dry so my feet didnt freeze.
I'd probably do that if I was a woman and I can so sympathise with you right now, read that it's as cold as -12C in some parts of the United Kingdom.
I never wear anything other than flip-flops anyway.
