well fro french manicure yes for regular manicure no. where i go its 17 dollara for a mani pedi. and in the middle of the week tey have a special deal mani pedi for 15. most places have specials like this

Personally I will pay almost anything for a pedicure. Just the fact of touching someone elses feet eeeewwwwww they earn that money.
